Position Summary

The Business Performance Analyst, Senior's primary function will create PowerBI reports on the Clients APM Systems and use MuleSoft API and other connectors to pull data from the system. Senior will implement, and maintain custom data and analytic reporting to provide insight into

• Facilitates monthly and weekly metrics reporting related to Client APM System performance
• Determines data needs, collects data, selects from different analytical techniques to conduct

root cause analysis, determine issues designs and maintains operational tools and reports
• Creates complex and automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery

ensuring accurate data transformation
• Design data analysis to achieve business objectives, process data, analyze data, write clear and

concise data findings using power queries and power BI reporting
• May Assist in coaching and developing less experienced staff and end users
• Understands business process needs and develops solutions

Minimum:
• 5 years relevant business experience
• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science/Information
• Client Business Systems, SAP
• Advance excel skills (Power Pivots & Tables, V Look up, etc)
• Advance in Microsoft BI stack including Power View and PowerPivot; PowerBI, DAX
• Advance in MS Excel/Access/PowerPoint
• Experience with metrics/dashboard creation, reporting, and presenting data
• Experience working with data stored across multiple databases/data sources
• Advanced statistical, modeling, and process improvement knowledge
• Advanced reporting knowledge and experience with multiple reporting tools
• Demonstrated experience in data visualization best practices using power BI
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
