Position: Power BI Developer (with Cognos Experience)

Job Description
• 10+ Years of experience in Designing, developing, and deploying interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Excel, and cloud-based services.
• Optimize data models for performance and scalability in Power BI.
• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI reports and datasets.
• 4+ Years experience in IBM Cognos to support legacy reporting systems.
• Assist in migration efforts from Cognos to Power BI where applicable.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts for seamless data integration.
• Stay updated on BI tools and best practices to continuously improve reporting solutions.
