PowerBI Developer –Developer, Data Factory, Datafactory, Dataverse, Data Bricks, DataBricks, Synapse, D365FO, D365 F&O, PowerApps, Power Apps, Azure SQL, SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, report developer, PowerBI, Bug Fix, D365, Dynamics 365, Visual Studio, T-SQL - UK wide – Remote - £500-£550 per day outside IR35

Our end user client is currently looking for a PowerBI Developer to join them for an initial 3-month contract to help develop datasets, data models and reports. This person will ideally have had experience working with the Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX platforms.

• Synapse
• Dataverse
• D365 / Dynamics AX knowledge essential
• Strong SQL knowledge

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain complex PowerBI solutions: Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced BI solutions using technologies such as Azure Data Bricks, Data Factory and Power BI to meet business requirements.
• Optimize data models and queries: Analyse data models and queries to optimize performance and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure that all work is carried through the environments, source controlled with regularity and deployments packages are robust and well organised. Ensuring all conflicts in this area are merged/escalated effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and other members of the IT team to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity: Develop and implement data quality checks and data cleansing processes to ensure accurate and consistent data across all BI solutions.
• Identify, report, and fix material bugs and deficiencies in the tools used, utilising internal and external resources.
