Role: Python Developer

Location: UK – Remote

Duration: Contract

Job Description:
• Collaborating with Solution Architects in the design and assessment of solutions
• Collaborating with Engineers in the delivery of solutions
• Planning, managing, and executing internal and cross-functional project and delivery
• Being a subject matter expert on our suite of platforms and services in development
• Keep up to date with platform and service roadmaps
• Collaborating with Engineering teams in other regions and globally
• Championing good development practices
• Removing technical blockers for individuals and teams
• Resolving technical and security incidents
• Building and maintaining good relationships with technology, product, and operations teams
• Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes hindering performance or progress and proposing measurable and risk-managed
• Reporting against OKRs and KPIs
• Supporting and collaborating with other Tech Leads
• Technically competent to script, code and build
• Take ownership of tasks as assigned by the Director of Technology for Europe.
• Solution architect with business mind
• Need to be aware of cloud provider that IRM is using
• Ability to implement proof of concept
• 80% of time will go in working with sales/ business but should be able to code as well in python
