The Senior Power BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models. This role involves building business intelligence solutions and managing SQL-based data processes to support real-time reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical solutions.
• Integrate SAS datasets and SQL databases for comprehensive reporting.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data ingestion and transformation.
• Ensure Power BI performance optimization, security, and data governance.
• Create and maintain documentation for reporting solutions.

Skills Required:
• 8 years - Power BI or similar dashboard development tools.
• 8 years - Experience with SAS.
• 4 years - Data Gateways.
• 4 years - SQL development and optimization.
• 4 years - Documentation creation and maintenance.
• 2 years - SmartSheets.
• 2 years - ArcGIS for geographic data visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 4 years - Experience with relational databases.
• 2 years - Experience with education data.
• 2 years - Experience with state agencies.
• 2 years - Familiarity with Ed-Fi data standards.
