Key Responsibilities
Work independently with minimal guidance from the lead architect
Understand and clarify requirements, engage effectively with the team and clients
Guide leads and developers, ensuring smooth project execution
Be a team player and collaborate across teams
Flexible working hours, especially during deployments or customer calls
Self-motivated, passionate about becoming a technology expert in Power BI
Required Skills
Qliksense experience (Mandatory)
Expertise in Power BI (Pro, Premium, Paginated), including Dataflows, Incremental Data Refresh, Row-Level Security, DAX, Power Query, M Language
Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL Database
PL-300 Certification (Mandatory)
Experience in designing Power BI Data Models, Reports, Dashboards, and Scorecards
Knowledge of Azure Stream Analytics and Realtime Dashboards
Experience with Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, ADF
Strong understanding of DB schema design, RDBMS, and Medallion Architecture
Ability to optimize DB objects like Views, Stored Procedures, and Functions
Hands-on experience migrating reports from legacy platforms to Power BI
Desirable Skills
Azure SQL DW/Synapse, Azure Databricks
Experience with MS Fabric (Power BI, One Lake/Lakehouse)
Knowledge of Tableau
Familiarity with high-volume data and large objects
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong team player with a proactive and adaptive approach
Positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills
