Microsoft 365 (M365) Expertise:
• In-depth understanding of Microsoft Graph API and M365 components (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
• Experience with Azure AD integration using service principals.

Integration and Permissions Management:
• Ability to determine permissions needed for M365 integrations.
• Proficiency in providing code samples in PowerShell, Python, NodeJS, and C#.

Request Fulfillment and Consultation:
• Experience in request fulfillment, including identifying reusable patterns, validating use cases, and consulting with business units (BUs) on M365 integration requests.

Roles & Responsibilities

M365 Integration and Dashboard Creation:
• Define and create an M365 Application Integration dashboard to track all integrations.
• Establish an M365 Application Integration Center of Excellence (COE).

Request Fulfillment and Consultation:
• Fulfill over 100+ M365 requests by identifying reusable patterns and validating use cases.
• Consult with business units (BUs) on M365 integration activities.

Champion Identification and Role Definition:
• Identify BU Champions and confirm their roles and responsibilities.

Centralized Repository Management:
• Create and maintain a centralized repository of information related to M365 integrations.

Intake Model Development:
• Develop and refine an intake model via ServiceNow to funnel all requests with a decision matrix.

Code Samples and Technical Expertise:
• Provide code samples in PowerShell, Python, NodeJS, and C# for integration activities.
