Job Description:
• End client is searching for a hands-on business-focused MDM Engineer.
• The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge in Master Data Management as well as Asset/Wealth Management distribution.
• You will learn new technologies, working on constantly upgrading your skill set and the products you work on to be at-par with the best in the industry.
• You will innovate and solve technical challenges in an effective manner that emphasizes a long-term vision.
• You will design and deliver solutions for wealth management and Institutional asset management business initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, processes, architectures, protocols, patterns, and technologies. Must have hands-on operational experience working with data stewards and product owners.
• Responsible for Analyzing Master Data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business process and decision-making.
• Provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices and help organizations implement MDM Solutions.
• Extensive experience with market and reference data in the context of capital markets or investment management.
• Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management and data governance principles is a big plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions and work collaboratively with product owners.
• Looking for top-notch lead engineering talent who will be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that demands quick turnaround for mission critical technical solutions, have extremely high standards with a low tolerance for low quality output.
