MDM Developer III

New position environment is growing. The Lead needs to be freed-up to meet with stakeholders
and other decision makers. The support/admin side of the role, pulls him away from that.
Key Notes from buyer
Ideal candidate has come from an enterprise (medium or large) support role and performed some
administration. Strong preference for candidates in ET time zone (hiring manager is in D.C.) Must
be strong in SQL (T-SQL/ PL/SQL any flavors SQL)
Day-to-Day
Individual will be joining the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team, working with the Master
Data Management (MDM) Lead and the Technical Architect Lead to ensure delivery of business
solutions consistent with the long-term data strategy of the enterprise. Delivering MDM solutions
according to business requirements in an existing, on premise environment. Responsible for
designing, developing, testing, and iterating through multiple development cycles for an
established Master Data Management architecture, model, and approach.
Will work and collaborate on the Master Data Management (MDM) team to (1) provide hands on
profiling and analysis of data; (2) configure thresholds, events, and integration of data to and from
MDM; and (3) drive timely and accurate delivery of MDM and Data Quality (DQ) solutions.
Additionally:
While ensuring compliance with architectural, technical, and non-functional design patterns;
standards and guidelines; and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for MDM work products:
• Develop and tune match/merge/trust rules
• Develop and tune Services Integration Framework (SIF) and Business Entity Services (BES) APIs
• Develop custom User Exit Classes
• Develop and tune Data Quality rules
• Develop Entity 360 MDM application
Collaborate with the production support team to ensure the effective knowledge transfer of
updated and/or new processes, including the availability of technical resources at the appropriate
point in the production support escalation path
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and a demonstrated pursuit of related
continued education.
Proficient technical experience with at least 5 years in each of the following technologies:
• Informatica Master Data Management, Multi-domain v10+
On-premise solution
Windows 2016+ OS 2
JBoss EAP 7+
• SQL Server 2016+ T-SQL Development Experience
• SIF (Services Integration Framework) / BES (Business Entity Services) API Experience
User Exit Class Experience
• Experience working with event-based architecture
• Customer/Party subject area
• Agile development process Experience and understanding of SDLC
• Experience working with Informatica Data Quality tool
Proficient in developing ETL mappings
Develop profile and scorecards in Informatica Data Analyst tool
Agile development process Experience and understanding of SDLC
Ability to work in multiple physical environments containing multiple logical environments
Must have experience with installation and upgrade of the Informatica MDM product
• Must have experience in applying EBF to the product provided by the vendor company
• Master Data Management 10.x Developer, Professional Certification
• Experience with MuleSoft APIs
• Experience with Informatica MDM Multi-domain SaaS product
Experience with migration of On-Premises Informatica MDM objects to Informatica MDM SaaS
