Job Title: Data Modeler – Epic Clarity / Snowflake

About the Role:
Hire Elevation Resources is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to recruit a Data Modeler experienced with Epic Clarity and Snowflake. This fully remote role is ideal for a healthcare data expert who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has strong working knowledge of Epic clinical and patient access data. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing scalable data models to support analytics and reporting across the enterprise.
This is a high-impact role that blends new model development, optimization of existing models, and hands-on data analysis using Snowflake SQL and dbt.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain data models within Snowflake, leveraging best practices for structure, performance, and scalability.
• Source and model data from Epic Clarity, with a focus on clinical and patient access domains.
• Perform data analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business needs.
• Use dbt to develop modular and reusable data transformation code.
• Work with data engineering and analytics teams to interpret requirements and ensure data model integrity.
• Document data sources, definitions, transformations, and model logic.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in data modeling and healthcare data systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Epic Clarity, especially within clinical and patient access modules.
• Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and data analysis workflows.
• Experience working with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing and best practices for managing large healthcare datasets.
• Ability to work remotely in EST hours, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage tasks independently.
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to or certification in Epic Cogito tools.
• Experience with healthcare compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA).
• Previous involvement in enterprise-wide data platform implementations or migrations.
