Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Ad Technology

Contract: 12+ Months

We are seeking a skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Ad Platform team, responsible for developing and optimizing a high-performance, distributed, microservice-based advertising platform that powers a leading portfolio of online streaming services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive innovation by applying AI and machine learning to enhance advertising solutions, including inventory forecasting, pricing, targeting, and ad delivery.
• Design and iterate on ad algorithm architecture to solve complex challenges in digital advertising.
• Develop scalable, efficient solutions for large-scale data analysis and machine learning model development.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of machine learning models, from deployment to continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and program management, to create data-driven advertising solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience working with large-scale machine learning in high-impact environments.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, mathematics, and statistics.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, and experience with large-scale ML/DL platforms.
• Passion for leveraging AI/ML to drive business impact and improve advertising effectiveness.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MS or PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience in digital video advertising or marketing technology.
• Knowledge of CTR/CVR models, generative AI, and audience segmentation.
• Experience with feature stores, MLOps, TensorFlow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
