• Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources, including Snowflake, to uncover insights and trends.
• Develop Looker dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings effectively.
• Support enterprise data management, privacy, governance, and reporting.
• Provide analytical support for membership growth, donor impact, and strategic initiatives.
• Convert raw data into concise and impactful visual presentations for various stakeholders, including executive leadership, councils, and donors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Present insights verbally, in writing, and through PowerPoint presentations.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Looker and integrate data from Snowflake and other sources.
• Track KPIs and key performance metrics to measure initiative success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence.
• Implement new data sources, research methodologies, and reporting techniques to enhance data insights capabilities.

• Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


• Strong communication skills and ability to present data insights in a clear and engaging manner.
• Expertise in Looker for building dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Excel.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Understanding of data privacy, governance, and reporting best practices.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics and research methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to drive data-driven decisions.
• Experience in nonprofit organizations or mission-driven work is preferred.

• Required Technical Skills:


• Looker (BI tool) – Strong expertise in developing dashboards and reports.
• Snowflake (Cloud Data Warehouse) – Experience querying and analyzing data.
• SQL – Ability to extract insights from structured databases.
• Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) – Strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Power BI (Preferred) – Additional experience in visualization is a plus.
• Qualtrics & Research Methodologies – Understanding of surveys and data collection is beneficial.
• AI/ML Experience (Bonus) – Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or automation.
