Experience Required: 9+ Years Must-Have:
9+ years of experience in Python development.
Proven experience in leading development teams.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Proficiency in database management and integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment. Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Python developers.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
