Job Description
Job Title: Lead Power Platform Developer
Job Summary: As a Lead Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder and Power BI. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop Solutions: Create custom business applications using Model Driven with Business Processes and Dataverse structured in an optimal manner, automate workflows with Power Automate cloud flows and RPA, document extraction using AI Builder and develop data visualization solutions using Power BI.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Power Platform developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. Conduct code reviews and implement best practices.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the developed solutions.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas), Power Automate (Cloud flows and RPA), Power BI, AI builder and other related technologies. Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and integration techniques.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification: Power Platform Developer (PL 400) is mandatory; Power Platform Solution Architect (PL 600) is an added advantage
