Lead Data Analyst (100% Remote, work EST hours)
Great long-term, fully remote opportunity with an industry leader! You will be responsible for supporting both ongoing and ad-hoc analytics requests to aid in enterprise planning initiatives. You will work with enterprise data sets from various data sources (JIRA, Google BigQuery, various RDBMS, etc.). You will work with the Atlassian suite, including JIRA, JIRA Align, and Atlassian Analytics. In this role, you will create a variety of dashboards in both Tableau and Atlassian Analytics to assist with both short-term & long-term planning.
This is a 12-month contract (potential to extend).
You can work 100% remotely.
You must be based in the US (EST or CST zone) and must work EST hours.

REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or similar
• 5+ years of Data Analytics experience
• Supply Chain, 3PL, Logistics, and/or Warehouse Mgmt. data analytics experience
• Extensive experience in working with large data sets
• Strong understanding with Databases and Database Architecture
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries from scratch
• Strong Tableau experience, including design & development of dashboards from scratch
• in extracting data from JIRA
• Experience in effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience communicating data-driven decisions and making recommendations to the business based on analysis (ability to explain the 'what,' 'how,' and 'why.')
• Experience in following OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
PREFERRED:
• Atlassian Analytics experience
• Experience in facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies
• Experience working in a cloud environment (GCP preferred)
• Google BigQuery experience
