Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead AI Principal Consultant to lead and oversee the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AI consulting and be able to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to drive successful AI projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop AI solutions that meet their requirements
Lead a team of AI consultants to design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in AI to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and competitive
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
Communicate effectively with clients to present ideas, gather feedback, and provide updates on project status
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in AI consulting, with a track record of successful project delivery
Strong technical skills in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI-related technologies
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team of AI professionals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
