This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing HR analytics data models and pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and providing insights to drive strategic HR decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based analytics tools (Azure, Snowflake, or similar). Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain HR analytics data models and workflows.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines to process and integrate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency through validation and quality checks.
• Work closely with HR teams, data scientists, and IT to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Implement data security and privacy measures in compliance with regulations.
• Automate data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Utilize Python, SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx to extract, transform, and visualize HR data. Required Skills & Experience: ? 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or DevOps. ? Proficiency in Python & SQL for data transformation and analysis. ? Strong experience with ETL pipelines and API connections. ? Expertise in data modeling, storage, and retrieval techniques. ? Familiarity with big data/cloud tools (Azure, Snowflake, Kafka, etc.). ? Experience working with large-scale, unstructured datasets. ? Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications: ? Alteryx experience is a big plus.
