Insights Analyst

Looking for an Insights Analyst with a strong background in Adobe Analytics and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a mix of development and reporting skills, but their primary focus will be on generating actionable insights. Experience with Power BI is a plus (but can be taught), and familiarity with SAP is beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize Adobe Analytics to analyze and interpret key business metrics.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand analytics requirements.
• Work closely with various teams across the company to support reporting and dashboarding initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reports using Power BI - this can be trained
• Support the transition to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business strategy.
• Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.

Qualifications:
• Experience with Adobe Analytics (CJA experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of Power BI (willingness to learn if not proficient).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- looking for a strong team player
