Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Solution Architect III to join our team. In this crucial role, you will design and implement enterprise-wide integration architectures that facilitate seamless connectivity within

   • 's digital ecosystem. You will lead the charge in transitioning from traditional file-based integrations to modern API and event-driven architectures, creating frameworks that enhance reusability, scalability, and overall business agility.

Key Responsibilities:

   • Design and establish enterprise integration patterns to support the migration from file-based to API and event-driven architectures, reducing dependencies while boosting system interoperability.

   • Develop and promote API and integration guiding principles that align with business objectives and technology standards.

   • Architect a core integration framework that standardizes connectivity approaches across the organization.

   • Lead the modernization of our API and integration toolset by evaluating emerging technologies and suggesting strategic investments to enhance integration capabilities.

   • Integrate API practices with SDLC and DevOps processes to enable automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of integration components.

   • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable architectural solutions.

   • Mentor and guide teams on integration best practices, patterns, and technologies to build capabilities and ensure consistent implementation.

   • Continuously assess the integration landscape to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation that deliver business value.

Qualifications:

   • 6-9 years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, including designing and implementing API and event-driven architectures.

   • Proven track record of understanding integration patterns, middleware technologies, and API management solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Soft Skills:

   • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.

   • Strong ability to translate complex technical requirements into tangible business value.

   • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with architects, platform experts, and development teams on integration initiatives.

   • Proven ability to nurture a culture of integration excellence within teams.

Technical Skills:

   • Expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API design, event-driven architecture, and microservices.

   • Extensive experience with integration platforms (e.g., TIBCO BusinessWorks, MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud).

   • Hands-on experience with enterprise messaging systems (e.g., TIBCO EMS, RabbitMQ) and event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka).

   • Knowledge of API gateways and API security standards.

   • Familiarity with enterprise file transfer solutions (e.g., Axway TransferCFT) and related protocols.

   • Experience integrating cloud services, especially AWS data services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue).

   • Understanding of data integration patterns, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline architectures.

   • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python for integration development.

   • Knowledge of integration security patterns, authentication mechanisms, and data protection requirements.

Education:

   • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; higher education is a plus.
