Job Summary: Our well-known business consulting client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled GenAI Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering foundation, extensive experience in AI/ML, and a recent focus on GenAI technologies. This role requires expertise in modern programming languages, AI/ML frameworks, cloud-native engineering, and agile methodologies. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business intelligence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

   • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI technologies.

   • Leverage OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Lang Chain, Agents, and vector databases for AI-driven solutions.

   • Apply best practices in software engineering, including OOP/OOD principles, data structures, and algorithms.

   • Utilize AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and NLP techniques.

   • Manage and analyze large-scale datasets to derive actionable insights.

   • Develop applications using Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, Streamlit, C#, .NET Core, Golang, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

   • Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP using FaaS, PaaS, and microservices.

   • Implement agile and DevSecOps methodologies, leveraging tools like ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, XP, Lean, SAFe, and SRE practices.

   • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.

   • Maintain and enhance AI models through fine-tuning and prompt engineering.

   • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.

Required Qualifications:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

   • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in AI/ML development.

   • At least 2 years of recent experience focused on Generative AI technologies.

   • Strong understanding of AI/ML methodologies, software engineering principles, and cloud computing.

   • Experience with modern AI/ML libraries and frameworks.

   • Expertise in cloud-native application development and deployment.

   • Proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, Julia, and JavaScript frameworks.

   • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.

   • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, demonstrating passion, empathy, and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

   • Experience with fine-tuning AI models and advanced prompt engineering techniques.

   • Familiarity with security and ethical considerations in AI/ML applications.

   • Prior experience working in an agile environment with continuous integration and deployment.
