We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer with a strong background in cloud-based AI services, enterprise security, and AI governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions in IT operations or DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

   • Develop and integrate AI solutions using cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

   • Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

   • Apply enterprise security best practices and AI governance frameworks in AI solution development.

   • Design and develop AI solutions tailored for IT operations and DevOps environments.

   • Utilize AI frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs to build powerful solutions.

   • Integrate and manage vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus) and knowledge retrieval systems.

   • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, applying DevOps principles and automation tools.

   • Use diagramming tools (e.g., Mermaid.js, Graphviz, PlantUML) to create architecture and sequence diagrams.

   • Leverage AI-powered documentation tools for code documentation and auto-generation of UML diagrams.

   • Create AI-powered agents that automate code documentation within CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

   • Proven experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP AI offerings).

   • Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

   • Strong knowledge of enterprise security practices and AI governance frameworks.

   • Experience developing AI solutions for IT operations or DevOps environments.

   • Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.

   • Familiarity with vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).

   • In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98/hour - $57.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
