The Client experienced GIS contractors to develop, implement, and maintain a robust Enterprise GIS system for the Department of Transportation Contractors will design and build GIS-based solutions for data extraction, translation, collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting. This includes creating interactive dashboards and web mapping applications.
Contractors will provide comprehensive GIS support, including but not limited to:
• Data Management: Data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and modeling.
• Application Development: Building and maintaining GIS applications using scripting, geo- processing, and other relevant tools.
• System Administration: Configuring, integrating, and optimizing GIS software and hardware.
• Analysis and Reporting: Conducting spatial analysis and generating reports to support decision-making.
• User Support: Providing technical assistance and training to Client staff
Client has invested in a suite of GIS technologies, including but not limited to:
• Esri ArcGIS Suite: For enterprise GIS capabilities.
• Feature Manipulation Engine (FME): For data transformation and integration.
• VertiGIS Studio and Inline: For web map development.
• Tableau: For data insights, visualization, and analysis.
• PMGs HPMS/SLD Manager: For highway performance management system data and straight line diagraming.
Contractors will deliver well-documented, efficient, and sustainable GIS solutions. Knowledge transfer through training and documentation is essential.
