Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Docebo SME to help do operational/integration work to everything over from Hubspot (their current CRM).
Key Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, and maintaining APIs to support web applications.
• Experience in Web API, JSON, HTML, Javascript Integration / API development.
• Experience with Docebo (LMS), HubSpot, Higher Logic, WordPress or similar Testing background.
• Integration Management: Configure and manage the integration between Docebo and HubSpot using Docebo Connect.
• Data Synchronization: Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of user data between Docebo and HubSpot.
• Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows (recipes) to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues related to the integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to understand their needs and ensure the integration supports their objectives.
• Training: Provide training and support to team members on using the integrated systems effectively.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in managing integrations between SaaS platforms, preferably Docebo and HubSpot.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of APIs, data synchronization, and workflow automation.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and workflows.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with other integration tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
