About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Director of Attribution to enhance and expand our US-based modeling capabilities. Reporting to the Sr. Director, this role will leverage data science techniques to evaluate marketing activities and estimate their impact on client growth. The Director will lead high-visibility projects involving Media Mix Optimization, Analysis of Covariance (test & control), Cluster Analysis, and Attribution Modeling of disaggregate event-stream data.

As a "player-coach," the Director will balance leadership and hands-on execution, managing client data acquisition, guiding analytics teams, and driving innovation in modeling techniques. This role will oversee both US-based and India-based teams to ensure effective collaboration and impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage data collection processes with clients.
• Lead teams in developing reports and implementing quality control measures for data integrity.
• Direct project teams and manage direct reports to foster innovation and exceed client expectations.
• Conduct and oversee modeling efforts, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Interpret, visualize, and present model estimates and diagnostics.
• Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior client leadership.
• Guide process improvement initiatives and foster continuous innovation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, applied mathematics, optimization, computer science, physics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on marketing effectiveness, measurement, and attribution.
• Strong experience working with and measuring TV, digital media, and CRM data.
• Expertise in statistical and machine learning techniques, including regression, hierarchical/mixed regression, Naïve Bayes, Markov Chain, and Random Forest models.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and R for modeling and data analysis.
• Extensive experience with cloud environments, especially GCP and AWS.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Deep understanding of marketing objectives and the role of various media channels.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain client relationships, effectively handling escalations and high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting complex data insights to internal teams and external client executives.
• Strong multitasking skills, with experience managing multiple client engagements in parallel.
• Experience collaborating with global teams to share insights, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated success in developing and leading high-performing teams.
