DevOps Lead Engineer
We are seeking a hands on DevOps Technical Lead to work with our development teams implementing DevOps solutions. You will be working with leadership and our software development teams to implement DevOps solutions including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Iac) using Terraform, and optimizing automation. You will work with several dev teams including our iOT development team, our SaaS based applications team, and our Data, AI, and ML applications and teams working with Databricks and Azure.
Our US development teams are based in Denver, CO and we are looking for a DevOps Lead that currently lives in the Denver area and can work in our office. We are in the office Tue, Wed, and Thu each week with Monday and Friday when you can work from home. Our office is very near the train station as well for easy access to public transportation.
What are the key responsibilities for this role?
• Provision secure and cost-efficient Cloud Infrastructure on AWS, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across all company projects, optimizing automation and scalability.
• Deploy comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions, enabling proactive incident management and performance tracking.
• Design and architect IoT data pipelines, ensuring high availability, scalability, and data integrity.
• Build and scale our AWS Cloud infrastructure using a wide range of services such as Lambda, EKS, S3, Timestream, SQS, SNS, CloudFront, RDS, OpenSearch, Security Hub, EventBridge, IoT, CodePipeline, SageMaker, Cognito, and more—fully automated through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
The experience and skills we are seeking include first and foremost, an experienced DevOps hands on Engineer with technical experience including AWS, Terraform, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Python, Node.js, React, Typescript, and Kubernetes. Our AI/Data Science team is using Databricks in Azure so experience with AI/ML solutions is a plus. We need a self starter - an individual who knows DevOps - can understand a problem and implement the best solution. We also have some development in our India office so you will work with DevOps Engineers in our India office but you will be the main DevOps Lead in the US.
