Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Experienced in an enterprise architecture team
• Provide industry-leading thought leadership and facilitate development of strategies across multiple subject areas/domains
• Facilitate development of architecture patterns and standards
• Consult in design of sophisticated enterprise initiatives and provide guidance to project teams
• Run enterprise architecture models and repositories
• Collaborate with other stakeholders in the IT division to evaluate business goals, identify business problems and propose solutions
• Develop and maintain the centralized EA repository and artifacts
• Enable strategic and transitional planning of applications, technology, information and business functions
• Participate in the design of business, information and technology architectures on the basis of cost, functionality and practicality
• Research, identify and recommend industry standard processes for solving business and technology problems
• Provide guidance to others

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
• Bachelors degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business or equivalent experience, education, or training
• Experience in business, information or technology architecture
• Experience in leading technical staff or coordinating work across multiple technology teams
• Ability to make insightful, successful business decisions and tradeoffs assessing the internal and external business landscape, strategies, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses. Involves knowledge of the industry – and awareness of the key trends shaping the future of the corporation
• The ability to define new, original ideas and efficiently implement them across an organization. Involves an ability to think “outside-in”, assess conventional work products and processes, define new concepts, and handle change across the organization in implementing them
• Engage and enroll others in an initiative – both individually and in a group setting. Involves articulating the new possibility for others – and leading and engaging others in direct, positive, meaningful conversations
