An experienced Platform/DevOps engineer is required to provide hands-on technical skills to an agile platform development team within Development Enablement domain, and to support our Product Teams in their delivery.
As a DevOps Engineer You Will Be Responsible For
• Develop and support our OpenShift 4.x platform on AWS, suitable to run containerised development and production workloads.
• Design, build and support code-driven solutions for CI/CD, Monitoring, Logging and other platform services.
• Work directly with product teams to guide them into solving real problems in a way that is compatible with our enterprise architecture and that can be harvested and generalised into a platform features.
• Support development of a hybrid application model where components are spread across AWS native tools and OCP containers to maximise benefits of both.
As a DevOps Consultant you will have the following technical skills:
• Jenkins and Ansible
• Enterprise scale software builds and integration.
• Tools to support rapid development, iteration and delivery
• Deploying applications to cloud using PaaS and SaaS
• OpenShift, Kubernetes (cluster design and management), ECS, Fargate
• AWS Serverless Technologies
• Python
• CDK, TypeScript, Troposphere, Ansible, Bash
• CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline
• Artifactory, CodeArtifact
• Jenkins, Groovy, GitLab runners
