We are looking for an insightful, proactive Analytics Engineer to help us in our next phase of growth. If you’re excited about building scalable analytics systems in dbt, generating business-critical insights, pursuing complex problems and influencing our strategy as we scale.

You’ll work in our Finance team, reporting to our Analytics Lead, and with significant exposure to our COO and teams across the company, including Treasury, Operations, Data Engineering and Markets.

Key responsibilities

   • Design and implement a robust system health framework for reliable, accurate financial data.

   • Lead the strategic redesign of financial dashboards for evolving business needs and product growth.

   • Become a Financial Data SME – someone who understands the in’s and out’s of our monthly numbers, and is able to proactively dig into/solve analytics issues proactively.

   • Contributes to our cross-functional analytics community – e.g. by peer reviewing code or sharing knowledge at our weekly meetups, or by solving business problems from beyond the Finance function.

You have:

   • Strong SQL skills, and able to handle large, complex data structures from multiple sources.

   • Experience scaling performant and reliable analytics systems – strong preference for dbt experience; proficiency with Python or R a plus.

   • Can build business intelligence dashboards with tools such as Looker or Mode.
