Are you an expert in Kubernetes performance tuning with a passion for optimising large-scale clusters?

Our client is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to tackle challenges with a 21-node on-premises Kubernetes cluster, ensuring it operates at peak efficiency for massive workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, configure, and optimize Kubernetes clusters across AWS, DigitalOcean, and on-premises environments.
• Analyse and fine-tune a 21-node on-prem Kubernetes cluster to enhance performance, stability, and scalability.
• Implement best practices for resource management, security, and high availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with the applications team to align infrastructure tuning with application needs.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for ongoing cluster maintenance.

RequirementsRequirements:
• Proven expertise in Kubernetes (setup, tuning, scaling, troubleshooting).
• Strong experience with AWS, AZURE - DigitalOcean, and on-premises Kubernetes deployments.
• Deep understanding of resource allocation, networking, storage, and security within Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience in optimising large-scale clusters for high-performance workloads.
• Automation experience with tools like Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• PHP/Laravel experience is a bonus - the applications team will assist with application-level tuning, but familiarity is beneficial.
