Description:

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS services and a proven track record of implementing and managing DevOps processes and tools. The primary responsibilities of this role will include designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, as well as optimizing our deployment pipelines using Harness.

Responsibilities:

GitHub Actions – Ability to have an in-depth understanding of the CI process, including familiarity with security scans, pipeline structures, approval stages, common module packages (.Net 8)

Harness CD pipeline – Solid understanding of the delivery pipeline, service architecture, variable configurations, integration with image repository (Jfrog artifactory)

Experience working & deploying docker file, containers and images

Proficiency in the AWS framework for best practices: Performance, resiliency, security, cost and availability

Hands-on experience working with AWS CloudFormation templates to deploy and maintain cloud-architectures

Debugging and resolving technical issues associated with the CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, Harness CD), ECS services, monitoring application logs (DataDog, CloudWatch)

Hands-on experience building and deploying CI pipelines via GitHub Actions and cross-collaborating with backend/frontend teams to support technical implementing

Strong communication skills – ability to clearly express ideas and concepts related to the daily DevOps functions with other teammates

Proactive attitude – ability to self-initiate and organize efforts around other teammates to tackle challenges

Ability to stay organized and coordinated with other functional units to complete daily tasks assignments and sprint goals

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
