Position : Database Developer
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid role)
Duration: 12+ month
Pay Range: $60-68/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Top 3 Skills:
Minimum 10 years of experience in database development and administration
Proficiency in database design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Data Security and Protection: implement and manage database security and protection measures, including access control, encryption and authentication.
Other Required Skills:
Proven experience with SQL Server, Oracle and MongoDB databases.
Hands-on experience with Python and Shell scripting
Proven experience in data warehouse development and managing large-scale analytical systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant certification (in SQL Server or OCA/OCP) are a plus.
Familiarity with data security and compliance standards is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Data Warehouse Development: Design, implement, and manage a data warehouse to centralize and streamline data for analytical and reporting purposes.
Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration projects, with a specific emphasis on migrating from SQL Server to MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruptions.
Working knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Python and Shell scripting
