We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Team Lead to guide all aspects of data migration for the LB Builds project. The contractor will be responsible for developing the overall strategy, integrations, and governance for the new enterprise permitting and licensing system. This role involves working closely with departmental stakeholders to define the scope of the migration, ensuring data moves smoothly from legacy systems to the new platform while maintaining accuracy and security. The Data Team Lead will oversee a team of at least two data analysts.

Responsibilities
• Lead the data migration process from multiple sources to the new enterprise permitting and licensing system.
• Develop and implement the overall data migration strategy, including data integration and governance.
• Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to define data migration scope and requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity throughout the migration process.
• Manage and mentor a team of at least two data analysts, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee data mapping, validation, transformation, and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration processes and procedures.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Data Team Lead or in a similar role managing data migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, governance, and security best practices.
• Experience with enterprise permitting and licensing systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $69 - $79/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
