Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team as a Real Estate Data Acquisition and Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data acquisition, AI-driven marketing strategies, and a passion for real estate investment. This role is pivotal in leveraging technology to identify potential landlords, acquire pertinent data, and implement marketing campaigns that align with our strategic pillars.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Acquisition: Utilize advanced techniques, including web scraping and API integration, to gather comprehensive lists of landlords and property owners.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for rental analysis, market analysis, property management services, and potential property acquisitions.
AI Integration: Employ AI tools to analyze market trends, predict opportunities, and enhance marketing efforts.
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns via email, phone, and digital platforms to engage potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing Coordinator and agents to provide them with qualified leads and support their investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data acquisition and analysis, preferably within the real estate sector.
Proficiency in AI tools and marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A real estate license or investment history is a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a technology-driven mindset.
Technical Proficiencies:
CRM Management: Experience with GoHighLevel CRM for managing customer relationships and automating marketing campaigns.
Web Development: Basic programming skills for website management and optimization.
