Data Scientist (Snowflake, Powerbi, SQL, R, AzureML) - Digital Business - UK / Ireland Locations
Duration: 1 year contract
Rate: £400 - 450 per day (Inside or IR35)
Remote working is available.
Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake for efficient data processing and management.
• Analyze large datasets using machine learning, statistical techniques, and modelling to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate data insights into meaningful actions that support customer development and growth.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, visualize trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Leverage language models and other AI-driven techniques to enhance predictive analytics and decision-making processes.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data systems, with attention to scalability and efficiency.
• This is a European time shift role, although the active hours are somewhat flexible.
Skills:

Requirements:
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science, particularly in the context of large datasets.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in statistical modelling, machine learning, and data analysis using Python, R, or similar tools.
• Experience using Power BI to build dashboards, data models, and reports that inform business decisions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Azure ML, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
