About the Role

As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing data pipelines, analyzing complex datasets, and leveraging advanced analytics to uncover trends and insights. You will collaborate closely with business teams to translate data into actionable strategies that support customer development and growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and optimise Snowflake data pipelines for efficient data processing and management.
• Analyse large data sets using machine learning, statistical modelling, and advanced analytics to uncover trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, visualise trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Leverage language models and AI-driven techniques to enhance predictive analytics and decision-making processes.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data systems, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

Required Skills
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science, particularly with large data sets.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in statistical modelling, machine learning, and data analysis using Python, R, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for building dashboards, data models, and reports.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Azure ML, Azure Data Lake, and Data bricks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
