Data Scientist

• Data Scientist / Data Science Engineer / Python Packaging Engineer.
• The Open-Source Program Office at Client has been tasked with creating systems and processes that enable better inventory management, allowing engineers to quickly test, onboard, and distribute supported and recommended versions of open-source technologies. To help with this initiative, we are hiring a community support engineer:

Skills/ Experience:
• Combination of Development and Support role, experience with Python, Java, .NET, PowerBI and/or Tableau.
• Experience and support data analysis, application support, etc.
• Experience with Python, Python universe, data modifications, transformation, ETL, troubleshooting the solutions.
• Experience with reporting platforms such as PowerBI and/or Tableau.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in application support, especially for applications written in .NET, Python, and Java.
• 3 - 5 years of experience supporting application developers in an enterprise environment.
• Excel formulas and macros are also helpful.
• Data Science background is ideal.
• Familiarity with large organizational change management processes.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management remediation processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have skills:

Data Science, Nexus IQ scanning, Anaconda, PyTorch, SciPy, .NET, Java, Sonatype, GitLab, UCD, Jenkins.
