Data Scientist

• Develop a predictive model to estimate microbial load in food products, focusing on food safety risks.
• Conduct a comprehensive data analysis across six preparation stages: receipt, produce wash, preparation, storage, assembly, and final storage before service, incorporating stage-specific variables.
• Create and implement a scalable data pipeline to process microbial measurement data from lab tables, ensuring data quality through rigorous cleaning, validation, and outlier removal.
• Utilize simulations to assess risks in virus transmission scenarios.
• Develop an interactive visualization to display microbial load effectively.
