• Tampa: 2 days onsite per week
• New Castle: 3 days onsite per week
Position Overview:
The Data Quality and Stewardship team within the Data Organization is seeking experienced Data Quality Analysts to join their data quality technology team. This team plays a key role in driving data architecture, delivering data governance frameworks, and ensuring data quality across various business functions. The role focuses on improving data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness in data flows across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data quality, SQL, and stakeholder management within the capital markets or financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead data analysis initiatives related to data quality across global functions, including regulatory and other deliverables.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop, test, implement, and maintain data quality rules throughout the trade life cycle (including RFQ, Orders/Executions, Trades, MTM, Positions, etc.).
• Analyze data quality exceptions to determine root causes and assess the business impact of data quality issues.
• Improve data quality process automation, governance, and reporting.
• Prepare and present updates to senior management (both written and verbal).
• Ensure adherence to best practices supporting the client's Program, Project, and Data Management Standards.
• Assess risks and make business decisions that safeguard the firm’s reputation, assets, and clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in data-focused initiatives related to Pre-Trade/Post-Trade activities (RFQ, Order/Executions, Trades, MTM, Positions, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and reviewing stored procedures.
• Exposure to Capital Markets is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of financial products and regulatory reporting is advantageous.
• Experience with Database, Reporting, and Analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Issue tracking and governance systems such as JIRA or HPQC is a plus.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.

• Candidates must be available for the hiring event on 2/10 (and potentially 2/11).
