Role: Data Analyst (Migration project) Location: Manchester (3 days per week in office) Rate: up to £600 per day outside IR35 Contract Length: 6 months

Responsibilities

Investigo have partnered with a an exciting growing energy & utilities company based in Manchester. The company are going through a number of exciting transformation projects and are in need of support in a number of areas. We are looking for candidates with experience with data management, engineering, migration and BI. This responsibilities will include:

Support the programme/ workstream leads to identify and document business use cases using epics/ features/ stories etc, relating to data requirements, in line with the data governance and strategy Support data governance frameworks to ensure data is accurate and secure across our landscape Support the development of data quality and management processes and procedures Support the updating of data, through identification based on data quality rules, requirements, bulk uploads and other methods Requirement gathering for Test and Training data Catalogue and understand the data, including master data management, data source and relationships Identify project and organisational level risks and contribute to their mitigation

The Key Skills We Are Looking For Are

3-5 years of experience in data management, engineering and/or migration Strong proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Experience of data warehouse design principles and data management best practices would be desirable Experience with cloud-based data platforms, especially Azure Solid understanding of database structures, data warehousing, and ETL processes Experienced in working with large data sets If this sounds like something you are interested in, or want to learn more information, then please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to (url removed)
