Title: Data Management Analyst

Job type: Fulltime/Contract on W2

Location: Charlotte NC Hybrid (3 days in-office/2 days remote)

Duration: 13 Months

As a Data Management Analyst, you will :
• Develop and influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical data management needs.
• strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique data challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas. Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that demonstrate vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Focus on effectively documenting data error remediation processes.

An ideal candidate should have:
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, data architecture, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience in documenting and implementing data error remediation processes.
• Communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Business facing skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into data management solutions.
• Review and summarize technical JIRAs (or similar tracking systems) and understand technical documentation, without being a coder.
• Data governance and/or data quality principles and practices.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address highly complex and unique challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and senior leadership.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
