Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Analyst with a background in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with critical healthcare data, including state license data, PDMA, AMA variables, and third-party data agreements. You will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and security of data across the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement data governance policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Data Governance within the Pharma or Life Sciences industry.
• In-depth knowledge of state license data, PDMA, AMA variables, and related data governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of legal, privacy, and compliance requirements, especially within the healthcare and pharma sectors.
• Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs and Work Instructions for data governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle complex data stewardship processes and improve data governance effectiveness.
