Data Engineer
Akkodis is seeking a Data Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Mclean VA/Remote Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry .

Location: Mclean VA OR 100% remote
Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour ON w2 or C2C , The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Python
2+ years of experience with Angular
2+ years of experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, S3
Experienced with Flask, Pandas, CICD, and testing
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
Share passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community
Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment
Utilize technologies like Python, Flask, Pandas, Angular, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services including Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB and SNS.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with Python
3+ years of experience with Angular
AWS certification
