DATA DEVELOPER (Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong SQL querying experience, business intelligence expertise, and data visualization skills—preferably in Tableau. This role will focus on transforming high-volume data into actionable insights and presenting them through intuitive dashboards for key business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, driven by business objectives, and comfortable with both ad-hoc analysis and recurring reporting tasks.

Data Developer Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and deploy custom data analyses to support business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports through data extraction, monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
• Create and enhance data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical solutions primarily using Tableau.
• Handle high-volume data and deliver product-facing and leadership-facing reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that align with business objectives.
• Respond to a high volume of ad-hoc data requests from various departments.
• Leverage advanced SQL querying for data extraction and transformation.
• Collaborate with team members on improving data processes and integrating data-driven decision-making across the organization.

DATA DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of experience working in a data-related environment (e.g., data analysis, business intelligence, Business Data Analyst)
• Intermediate-Level SQL use with experience with Relational databases such as Oracle SQL, T-SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Business intelligence and/or data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization (alternatively open to Power BI or similar tools).
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to explore business problems through data-driven approaches.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with data science concepts, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Scripting experience in Bash, Shell, or Python.
• Version control experience with Git, GitLab, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda and EC2.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
