Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL; Richmond, VA; Phoenix, AZ; Atlanta, GA

Duration: 12mo+ contract

Pay: $35-45/hr

Position Summary: Data Consultants provide businesses with data-driven solutions to help them improve their processes, decision-making, and overall business performance. Their primary focus is to gather, analyze, interpret, and present data to help businesses make strategic decisions. Data Consultants design research plans used in data gathering and analysis. They participate in interpreting data analyses, developing action plans accordingly, and assist in making strategic data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing, and reporting data. They create and implement strategies to optimize the data systems and technology in use, staying up-to-date with current data tools and industry changes. They analyze big data, evaluate processes and technology, and create detailed reports.

• Python

Secondary Skills:
• Hadoop

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Extensive experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Strong background in statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
• Certification in data analytics or related fields
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms
• Proven track record of managing and executing data projects
• Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages

Other Skills:
• Up-to-date knowledge of current data tools and industry changes
• Ability to design and implement research plans for data gathering and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
