Data Analytics Manager

Reporting to the IT Director of Data Products and Analytics, the DataAnalytics Manager will lead the development of high priority dataanalytics projects that ultimately improve 's ability to producepositive patient outcomes.
This role will have high visibility from business and IT leadership andwill have a direct impact on 's strategic initiative to build out amodern data lake platform.
This role is part of a rapidly growing team: the successful candidatewill have opportunities for expanding responsibility and shaping thefuture vision of how data and AI are used at AZ.
The ideal candidate has a blend of data analytics technical expertise,leadership ability, and relevant subject matter knowledge.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic fast-pacedenvironment and highly motivated to grow in responsibility as the teamgrows, including opportunities for direct people management.
Convert business requirements and problem statements into actionablecode delivering ETL/ ELT data transformation, using notebook-baseddevelopment using PySpark.
Technical expertise in both Power BI and cloud Data Lake / Lakehousetechnology (Microsoft Fabric is preferred, but Databricks or equivalentwill be considered).
Coding proficiency in PySpark and experience with Git based versioncontrol and CI/CD.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $64.37 - $70.00 per hour
