Data Analyst/Project Coordinator

Position Overview

The Data Analyst/Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision making by analyzing media data and coordinating project activities. This position will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, develop presentations, and report on advertising performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret data from various media sources to provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand data needs and provide necessary insights.
• Utilize tools such as MRI-Simmons, Nielsen NPower, and Comscore VMX to gather and analyze media performance data.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets used in analysis and reporting.
• Support the development of marketing strategies and ad spend recommendations based on data findings.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and project coordination, preferably in media or advertising sectors.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as MRI-Simmons, Nielsen NPower, Comscore VMX, and iSpot.
• Strong understanding of ad sales marketing and industry verticals.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create engaging decks and proof points for stakeholders.
• Familiarity with additional data sources like eMarketer, Magna, and Media Radar is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
