

Data Analyst
Skills Preferred:
Advanced data analytics abilities, data visualization expertise, and the ability to produce automated, interactive data dashboards. Proficiency in Power BI Advance coding capabilities in SQL, Python and/or R to query large administrative datasets residing in the Azure Cloud. Facility writing code and managing data in the Azure cloud Advanced understanding of data pipelines and ability to build the pipelines required to build high quality automated data dashboards. Ability to work on all phases of visualization assignments and projects, from scoping and requirements gathering to the production of mockups, wireframes, and storyboards, to the production and acceptance of finished products. Strong written and spoken communication skills and the ability to provide consulting services that convey the essential concepts and technical capabilities required to build strong internal data visualization capacities.
Experience Preferred:
A minimum of five (5) years’ professional work experience programming in SQL, Python and/or R. At least three (3) of these years must be in the use of one of these tools to query and manipulate cloud-based data. A minimum of four (4) years’ professional work experience using Power BI to produce high-quality data visualizations. At least three (3) years of this work experience must be in the use of Power BI to produce interactive dashboards. A minimum of two (2) years’ work experience writing code and managing data in Databricks.
Education Preferred:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, economics, information systems, computer science, data science, or related field from an accredited academic institution.
