Data Analyst - (SQL Server, Alteryx)

Job description:
• We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise to support data profiling, reconciliation, and mapping across multiple platforms.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams and provide insights using Azure Databricks, Data Lake, and Alteryx.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to interact with business teams, and proficiency in working with SQL Server and cloud-based data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data profiling and analysis using Alteryx to identify data inconsistencies and improve data quality.
• Conduct data reconciliation across different applications and sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Create and maintain SQL Server stored procedures to support data transformation and analysis.
• Work with Azure Databricks and Data Lake to develop scalable data solutions.
• Develop document mappings to track data flow between various systems.
• Collaborate with business teams, including QA, technical, and non-technical stakeholders, to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Work with Salesforce and Azure platforms to extract, analyze, and report data.
• Utilize XML (nice to have) for data preparation and transformation when required.
• Serve as a Databricks assistant, supporting data ingestion, transformations, and queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server expertise required).
• Experience with data profiling tools, preferably Alteryx.
• Ability to perform data reconciliation across multiple applications.
• Knowledge of Azure Databricks and Data Lake for big data processing.
• Experience with document mapping and understanding business processes.
• Strong communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Azure, and SQL Server for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with XML (nice to have) for structured data processing.

No development experience required but must have a solid technical background
