Data Analyst - Senior
Description
• Working with large and complex datasets.
• Data wrangling (ETL) and Reporting.
• Must be able to explore the data, understand the relationships and business context.
• This role is at the frontline of Marketing and Growth Organization supporting Campaign Analytics and reporting for our Broadband and Wireless Business.
• Act as part analyst, and part internal consultant.
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with SQL & Tableau is a must
• Proactive and anticipatory problem solver
• Experience across the full spectrum of business analytics including problem identification, data sourcing/wrangling, query development, data exploration, augmentation data visualization with hands-on data analysis and strategic thinking skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Excel (including pivot tables)
• Data auditing and Status reporting skills
• Broad marketing terminology familiarity
• Detail oriented
• Experience with Python preferred
• Must have excellent storytelling and communication skills.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
