Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent with a minimum of 10+ years of recent experience.

Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and APIs.

Analyze business and technical requirements to develop integration solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and ensure successful data exchange.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.

Maintain documentation for integration designs, test cases, and user guides.

Stay updated on Workday releases and recommend upgrades or process improvements.

Provide post-implementation support for integration solutions.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
